Growing up in Ghana, our parents used Ananse folk-tale stories to instill in us good manners and the motivation to work hard even when we were confronted with challenges. They encouraged us to persevere on our goals because they said there are angels in the world who always support your good courses. Our parents, especially our mothers, were mostly peasant farmers with limited income. Despite their poverty they did everything within their meager means to feed us. They encouraged us to study hard to become better people in our society. Their benevolent care propelled some of us to work hard for a better life in this great nation, USA. To reciprocate, our organization ANUA, is seeking support from our Angels to help us to improve the conditions in our motherland, through these charitable causes
